Upper Thomson Residences is a 99-year leasehold mixed-use development located at Upper Thomson Road in District 26, developed by a joint venture between Wee Hur Property Pte Ltd and GSC Holdings Pte Ltd. The project comprises 595 residential units across two 25-storey towers, with approximately 1,500 square metres of commercial space at the ground floor. The site is directly adjacent to Springleaf MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, providing residents with sheltered access to the station and direct connections to Orchard Road, Marina Bay, and Woodlands Regional Centre.
